Account and Data Deletion

If you use our mobile application, Servouz App or Servouz Partner App, and wish to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, you have two ways to do so:

Method 1

Delete Inside the App (Fastest)

If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account instantly:

  1. Open Servouz App or Servouz Partner App
  2. Navigate to More
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Method 2

Request Deletion via Email

If you have uninstalled the app or no longer have access to it, you can request manual deletion:

Send an email to support@servouz.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request with App name (Servouz App or Servouz Partner App).

* Please send the email from the address associated with your account, or include your account username and phone number so we can verify your identity.

What happens to your data?

Upon receiving your request (or upon in-app deletion), we will permanently delete your account profile, credentials, and all associated personal data from our active servers within 30 days.
