Disclaimer: The Servouz Platform is owned, operated, and managed by Happiness Quotient Events Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at AKASH GAUTAM, WARD NO-07, Balua Bazar Sub Post Office, Balua, Supaul, Bihar-854339.
For the purpose of these Terms, Privacy Policies, Agreements, and Platform Rules, references to "Servouz", the "Platform", the "Company", "we", "our", or "us" shall mean Happiness Quotient Events Private Limited and its authorized representatives.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be reflected within the App and become effective upon publication.
Customers (HORECA & Individuals)
DPDP Compliance Status: Compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023
1. Data Points Gathered from Institutional Clients
To manage corporate accounts and facilitate matching protocols, the App collects:
- Corporate & Brand Identity: Legal business name, hotel property name, GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number), registered corporate address, and billing coordinates.
- Authorized Personnel Data: Full names, enterprise email IDs, direct phone numbers, and job titles of managers, chefs, or banquet coordinators authorized to create bookings.
- Operational & Transactional Metadata: Venue geolocations via Google Places, custom venue notes, specific event dress codes, historical booking logs, and payment/invoice tracking histories.
2. Processing Mandates & Shared Visibility Limits
- Operational Disclosures: To execute the service, Servouz shares authorized hotel contact names, specific property addresses, and venue notes with the matched Service Partner via the Partner App once an assignment enters the lock-in state.
- Data Security Boundaries: All hotel payment credentials, transactional parameters, and invoicing logs are routed through encrypted pipelines via Razorpay and AWS secure database instances. Servouz restricts data processing exclusively to booking fulfillment, internal performance reviews, and statutory tax reporting under Indian law.
3. Data Retention
Servouz shall retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil onboarding, booking management, compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, payment processing, accounting, legal, regulatory, and operational obligations.
Data that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymized, archived, or securely destroyed in accordance with applicable law and internal retention schedules.
4. Data Subject Rights
Subject to applicable law, Hotels or their representatives may request access to, correction of, updating of, or deletion of inaccurate personal information by contacting Servouz through designated support channels.
Requests shall be processed within commercially reasonable timelines, subject to legal, compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, taxation, dispute resolution, and contractual retention requirements.
Hotels may update or modify their profile information through the App. Certain changes may require additional verification before becoming effective.
Hotels may request deletion of their account at any time. Upon successful account deletion, access to the Platform shall be permanently revoked. However, Servouz may retain certain information where required for legal, regulatory, tax, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or dispute resolution purposes.
5. Consent Withdrawal
Where consent forms the basis of processing, Hotels may withdraw such consent at any time by contacting Servouz.
Withdrawal of consent may impact the availability of certain platform features, including booking eligibility, geolocation-based matching, identity verification, payment processing capabilities, and continued access to the Platform.
6. Use of Third Party Services
Servouz utilizes trusted third-party service providers to facilitate Platform functionality, including:
- Firebase: Push notifications, authentication support, analytics, and application performance monitoring.
- Razorpay: Payment processing, billing, invoicing, and transaction management.
- Google Places API: Address validation, venue identification, and geolocation services.
- AWS (Amazon Web Services): Cloud hosting, database management, storage infrastructure, and security services.
These third-party providers process information only to the extent necessary to provide their services and are contractually or legally required to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality standards.
PARTNERS
DPDP Compliance Status: Strictly Compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and Aadhaar Redaction Rules.
1. Granular Data Map Collected from Partners
To build a premium, secure marketplace profile, the Partner App collects and stores the following information:
- Core Identity Parameters: Full Legal Name, Phone Number, Role Type, Gender, and Years of Experience.
- Government Documents & Images: Images of PAN Card, Professional Headshots, and Medical Fitness Certificates uploaded via custom URLs.
- Aadhaar Data Handling & Masking Protocol: In strict compliance with Indian privacy standards, when uploading images of your Aadhaar Card (Front and Back), you are requested to mask or redact the first eight (8) digits of the ID string so that only the final four digits remain visible for validation.
- Continuous Background Geolocation Monitoring: To ensure safety tracking, verify arrival times, and facilitate gate check-ins via Google Places, the Partner App actively tracks your background device location starting exactly three (3) hours prior to your scheduled shift launch and continues tracking until you execute a successful Checkout OTP transaction at the hotel property.
2. Processing Framework & Data Sharing Limits
- Consent and Purpose Limitation: By enabling location tracking and clicking profile submission, you grant Servouz clear, specific consent to process your identity metrics for background verification, automated radius-based shift notification dispatches (10KM, 20KM), and monthly payout tracking.
- Client Property Visibility:Once you accept a locked booking, the host hotel's dashboard is granted access to view your name, professional photo, and real-time transit geolocation status to facilitate property entry clearance. Your records are stored securely on AWS cloud servers.

However, Servouz may retain certain information where required for legal, regulatory, tax, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or dispute resolution purposes.

- Google Places API: Real-time location verification, arrival tracking, geolocation services, and venue mapping.
- AWS (Amazon Web Services): Secure cloud hosting, database architecture, isolated storage infrastructure, and security services.
These third-party providers process partner information only to the extent necessary to execute core operations and are bound by legal and contractual parameters to maintain appropriate security standards.
